Sponsor Study Participant(s)

Philanthropists interested in donating to our 501c3 charitable organization to sponsor a study participant(s), in a current study or underwrite one of the 15 upcoming studies in development are invited to contact the Institute’s Development Office at 609-683-1935 or email us at studies@spiritualityandhealthcare.org.
 
FRIEND - Sponsor “1” Study Participant ($10,000)
Benefits: Philanthropically Sponsor “1” child or adult in a current study
               Membership for 1 for 1 year
Friends provide needed support to underwrite charitable research studies and  expenses related to the Institute’s day-to-day operations. Friends receive invitations to all speaking, film, and book events.
 
ADVOCATE - Sponsor “2” Study Participants  ($25,000)                                 
Benefits: Philanthropically Sponsor “1” child or adult in a current study
               Sponsor “1” Participant of your recommendation
               Membership for 1 for 2 years
Advocates provide needed support to underwrite charitable research studies and costs related to the Institute’s day-to-day operations.  Advocates receive invitations to all speaking, film, and book events and are entitled to a private visit to one of the institute's facilities.
 
BENEFACTOR - Sponsor “3” Study Participants ($50,000)
Benefits:  Philanthropically Sponsor “2” children or adult participants in a current study
                Sponsor “1” Participant of your recommendation
                Membership for 2 for 2 years
Benefactors provide vital support to underwrite charitable research studies and provide a safety margin to continue uninterrupted research.  In addition, Benefactor support provides seed money to green light new projects in consideration at the Institute.  Benefactors receive invitations to all speaking, film, book events and are entitled to a private visit to one of the institute's facilities. 
 
DIPLOMAT - Sponsor “4” Study Participants ($100,000)
Benefits:  Philanthropically Sponsor “2” children or adult participants in a current study
                Sponsor “2” Participants of your recommendation
                Membership for 2 for 3 years
Diplomats provide essential funding to retain and sustain the Institute’s interdisciplinary team of physicians, scientists, and healthcare professionals. Diplomats assist the Institute in maintaining financial equilibrium while furthering its core mission. AMBASSADOR - Underwrite 1 Future Study-in-Development, ($300,000)
Benefits: Underwrite 1 Future Study-in-Development for 10 participants  
               Philanthropically Sponsor “7” children or adult participants in a Future Study-in-Development
               Sponsor “3” Participants of your recommendation
               Membership for 2 for 5 years 
Ambassadors provide the essential funding to underwrite new research studies at the Institute. In addition, Ambassadors stabilize the Institute’s operation and permit for major strides in advancing the Institute’s mission.  Ambassadors have access to Institute staff and are invited to participate in study-participant selection. Ambassadors receive VIP invitations to the Institute’s benefits, films, lectures, videos, and events.
 
FOUNDERS CIRCLE – Make Possible New Facilities, Studies and Endowments ($1 M+)
Benefits: Make possible  new facilities, studies and endowments
               Sponsor “10” Study Participants in a Future Study in Development, (4 Participants of your recommendation)
               2 Lifetime Memberships Included
              Naming Opportunities (New Buildings, Laboratories and Teaching Facilities)
              Support for the Institute’s Endowments in Research & Education
Founders Circle Members provide meaningful philanthropic support to underwrite the creation of new research facilities, future studies, and endowments to sustain and retain the Institute’s internationally recognized team of physicians, scientists and scholars. In addition, Founding Circle Members make possible significant strides in advancing the Institute’s mission. Founders have access to Institute staff and are invited to participate in study-participant selection. Founders Circle Members receive VIP invitations to the Institute’s benefits, films, lectures, videos, and events.
 
 
All donations to our 501c3 organization are tax exempt under the full extent of the law.  Should a Patron recommend a family member as a Study participant, the portion of the donation to underwrite a family member would not be tax exempt. All donations to underwrite philanthropic support for children and adults in need and project support are tax deductible.
